Constructed from 6063 extruded aluminum - available with 1/2", 3/4", or 1" slot width which offers excellent static pressure, throw and sound characteristics. Superior performance enables the use of a smaller unit to handle more air within acceptable performance ranges. Totally removable pattern control device will allow access for installation and balancing with the option of choosing the black extruded aluminum pattern control device that allows 100 percent pattern adjustment and volume control in the same unit.

Design flexibility is achieved by offering seventeen different mounting styles, multi-degree mitered sections and up to twelve slots in width. Continuous runs are achieved by using factory furnished alignment strips and hair-line butts./

Factory multi-option plenums are available.

Linear Bar Grille             Product Description

Frame and blades are 6063 extruded aluminum alloy with 200-R1 satin anodized finish. The frame has a typical wall thickness of .050". The blades are 1/4" thick and spaced 1/2" on center and available with 0 degree, 15 degrees, or 30 degrees deflection. Design flexibility is achieved by offering two different frame styles, multi-degree mitered section, access doors and heights from 1-1/2" thru 12". Continuous runs are achieved by using factory furnished alignment strips and hair-line butts. Also available as core only with no frame.

An optional mill finish aluminum opposed blade damper mounts through a series of spring clips, and is screwdriver operated through the face of the grille. The damper frame is separated from the blades with nylon bushings. Other accessories include aluminum equalizing grid with individually adjustable air foil blades separated from the frame with nylon bushings.

At the outer edge of the frame is a specially engineered channel that retains an extruded flexible vinyl gasket that provides a positive air seal.  Adjustable blades are separated from the frame with nylon bushings. Continuous runs are achieved by using factory furnished alignment strips and hair-line butt joints.

An optional opposed blade damper of extruded aluminum construction is available, with nylon bushings separating the blades from the frame.
